Ho Chi Minh City (or still popularly known as Saigon) is a city located in the Southeast region and close to the Mekong River Delta. There is a distinctly different climate between the dry season and the dry season and rainy season. Fall Saigon is different from Autumn season in the North, especially Hanoi. People recognize by the rows of trees begin to replace the new leaves, with the aroma of coffee when passionate. The atmosphere of Saigon is cool and sometimes even gloomy.
